The guru is looking to overhaul and restore their fitness levels with a healthy, low calorie, intermittent fasting diet combined with an easy exercise regime featuring HIIT - HighIntensity Interval Training. Before getting started, the volunteers undertake medical tests to check for signs of premature ageing. After 21 days of being monitored on the regime, the volunteers should have lost weight, feel better and have greatly improved their aerobic fitness levels.
