Do you wonder why they are too tired to do the dishes or help your child with homework after a day’s work? Spending a week living their life may provide the answer. This fresh life-swap format sees couples swapping jobs, hobbies and daily responsibilities in a bid to understand better the causes of conflicts and stresses in their relationships – and each other. Each episode features one couple: firemen swap with beauticians, security officers with midwives, and accountants with shop assistants. Can they cope with each other’s job – plus all the activities in their daily routine? After seven days, they meet with a host to discuss what they have learned about each other’s life – and its impact on their household - and make promises for greater understanding in their relationship.
